PAYMENT
All prices are in USD. I will send you a Paypal Invoice. Let me know if you'd like an alternative method of pay and we can work something out
I have the right to decline a request with or without reason.
I will start on your commission after payment. Half pay is also acceptable.
Prices may vary depending on complexity of design.
WORK PROCESS
I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission.
I will show WIPs throughout the process. They will be low-res watermarked images.
Please allow me up to 2-3 weeks after invoicing to update you on the commission. If there has been no updates feel free to contact me via E-mail or DMs.
(Currently) The time I take to finish an artwork varies, so there is a chance I could be updating you early
I have the right to stream/post the commission. If you would like to keep it private, please let me know. (I will most likely ask first).
REVISION
A maximum of 3 major revisions is allowed during the sketch phase.
You will be charged extra for any additional revisions.
Multiple minor revisions are allowed in all phases.
Excessive minor revisions that halts progression will incur additional fees.
Any revisions I make due to my own negligence is free.
It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes as major or minor revisions.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
I retain all rights over any commissioned artworks.
I do not allow modifications to my artworks.
All sales are FINAL. I do not allow resale of my artworks.
Do not use my works for AI learning, crytocurrency, or NFTs. DO NOT TRACE MY WORK.
Credit is required when posting or using the artwork.
Commissions are for personal use, unless stated otherwise (Twitch, YouTube). In which case, there will be commercial fees.
CANCEL & REFUND POLICY
Rude / Abusive behavior will automatically cancel an order. Refund will be the equivalent to the amount of work not done.
You may not file a chargeback after you have given your approval of the artwork.
You can cancel an order at any time, and the refund issued will be the equivalent to the amount of work not done.
If for any reason that life situations impedes me from finishing your order, I will issue a refund.
I will issue a refund if I do not complete your commission 3 months after payment.
